Exhibit at SSI

How much does it cost to exhibit?
Please have a look a tour rate card in the Exhibitors section of our web site or communicate directly with us at 450-441-5989.
When can I reserve my space?
From July 1st contact Sarah Tremblay at 450-441-5989 or at stremblay@salonsonimage.com. Meanwhile the last year exhibitor have priority until September 1st 2010.
How do I know if there's still space to exhibit?
The largest exhibit spaces goes very quickly but we have unlimited regular rooms and open booth. Please contact us directly, at stremblay@salonsonimage.com or 450-441-5989 and ask for Sarah.
What is the deadline to reserve my space?
The deadline to reserve a space is March 20th. If you want to be listed in the official program then you must reserved before February 15th, 2012.
How do I book my space?
Download the reservation form located in Exhibitors Section and send it fullfil by email at stremblay@salonsonimage.com or fax it at 450-441-5989.
Where do I get my badge?
Badges will be distributed starting Wednesday March 21st at 10 a.m. at the SSI admission counter near the entrance of the Hotel reception.
Who do I contact to place an ad in the official program?
Contact Sarah Tremblay, stremblay@salonsonimage.com or by phone at 450-441-5989. The rate card is available in the Exhibitors section on our web site.
Can we place the SSI logo on our company website?
Certainly, it is advisable to inform your customers that you will be an exhibitor at the SSI and that they come visit you.
Why do you recommend to stay at the Hilton Bonaventure?
Not only you will limit your travel time to the show site and avoid waiting in line for the elevator at the busiest time of the day but you will benefit from a preferential room rate.
As you may know, the rate of our exhibit rooms are directly related to the number of sleep nights that our clientele are reserving. A minimum of 500 nights every year is mandatory to keep our rate as is, so each night counts and will make a difference for all of us.
Who is the official show decorator?

Can I become an official sponsor of the SSI?
Yes and you do not have to be an exhibitor to be a sponsor of the event. According to your budget simply chose the type of sponsorship that fits your needs of visibility. Whether you choose to sponsor a conference room, our industry cocktail, our industry lunch, a speaker, the shirt of the team hauler or security agents or our cashiers. The rate card is available in the EXHIBITORS section on our website .
Do you provide interpreters?
We can offer the service of a bilingual hostess to assist you in customer service. Costs are relatively affordable, you must apply before March 1st.

Logistics

Where is located the loading dock at the Hilton?
The loading dock is located at the back of the Place Bonaventure (see map), you need to book an appointment with us in advance. No goods will de authorised to enter through the main door of the hotel.
When can I deliver or ship my goods?
The goods must arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday, if you or your staff is not on site when your merchandise arrives, we will take care of it but a small handling fee will be automatically charged.
When my good need to leave the building?
No later than Monday at 5 p.m., or storage fee will be charged after this time.
When do I have to finish to tear down?
Sunday at midnight.
Do you still offer your valet service?
Certainly, we can take care of your goods directly to your premises or from the loading dock and bring them to your exhibit space. Call us for a quote at 450-441-5989.
Is it possible to get help to set up my booth?
It is possible, you must apply before March 25 and only the number of people and the number of hours requested in advance will be guaranteed. Call for a quote at 450-441-5989.
Is there carts to transport my goods?
If you move your goods by your self we will provide you with carts of all kinds and all sizes.
Is there a place to store our boxes and empty crates?
There is storage on each floor, it will be identified on site.

Events

Is it be possible to organize a contest or sweepstakes during the Salon?
We encourage you to do so, however, make sure they are legal. In Quebec, the candidates must be authorized by the Liquor, races and games (for any prize valued over $100). For information, please contact the Board (514) 873-3577 or 1-800-363-0320.
Can we organize a conferences?
Spaces will be available to you if you want to give lectures or general training on your products and technologies. The media and the public are sensitive and showed strong interest in the past for these types of activities. You must reserved your space before February 1st 2012.
Who can attend the cocktail reception on Thursday night?
All people working in the consumer electronics industry as well as interior designers, architects and home builders are welcome.
