TED par Q&A, official media partnership with SSI- The management of Salon Son & Image (SSI) is proud to announce that it has entered into a partnership with the printed and on-line francophone Magazine TED by QA&V. This association will allow the SSI to offer to the SSI 2012 visitors an array of seminars held in French for the majority of them as well as a musical show during the Lifetime Achievement Award Gala which will take place at the end of the Trade Show Day on Thursday, March 22nd 2012.
Magazine TED by QA&V started publishing in 1993. Six issues a year are regularly printed. The Web site of Magazine TED by QA&V hosts one of the most important discussion forums on electronic trends (Hi-Fi, Home Theatre, Home Automation, Digital Cameras, etc.). More than 6,500 members belong to this forum and the Web page attracts up to 60,000 unique visitors and more per month.

official media partnership with SSI- The management of Salon Son & Image (SSI) is proud to announce that it has entered into a partnership with the SoundStage! Network, the world's largest group of online audio publications, which is based in Canada. This association will allow the SSI to radiate around the world and build a presence 365 days a year through a series of text, photo, and video reports that will be recorded during the next SSI event on March 22-25, 2012, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Discuss with some of the greatest designers in the world-
Thanks to our partnership with the Soundstage! Network, we will also be able to present two very interesting discussions on Saturday, March 24, and Sunday, March 25, that are open to the public. A panel of six great speaker designers from Canada, the United States, and from other countries in the world will present their companies' design philosophies, and then answer questions from the public. The second panel will bring together six experts on digital audio who will explain their views on the future of the compact disc, the advantages and disadvantages of streaming audio, and how to optimize a computer system to make it the best high-performance audio source.
Free seminars are back- Our free series of seminars will be held every day, covering topics ranging from "How to Calibrate a Home-Theater Receiver", "How to Calibrate your HDTV", "What are the Best Apps to Use to Control an Audio/Video System from an iPod, iPad, iPhone or Android-based Device" and "How to Listen to and Compare an Audio System".
